Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

• After Shipment: If the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

• A continuous, unedited unboxing video is provided.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Returns & Refunds

• To prevent fraudulent claims, a video proof is required:

• Start recording before opening the package, ensuring that the courier label with your name, address, and order number is visible.

• Record in one go without cuts or edits, capturing the entire unboxing process until the product is fully displayed.

• If the product is damaged or incorrect, you must show the defect clearly in the video.

• Without this video, no return or refund request will be accepted.

4. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
