SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

• International shipping will be launched soon.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on order value and location. Charges will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. Note: Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or unforeseen logistics delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partner will retry. If unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to us.

• In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package is damaged on arrival, do not accept it. Instead, take photos and contact us at help@uamore.com immediately.

• Claims for missing/damaged items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
